The mayor of the city of Baumholder, Günther Jung, was able to express his appreciation to four girls.

"Hannah Kunz became German Champion WU 23 in Bruchsal almost three weeks ago. This is already the 5th German championship title."

Likewise, almost three weeks ago, the pole dance team from the Zero Gravity Pole Studio in Baumholder was able to record several successes at the German Championships: Amalia Lang became German Champion in the Pole Sport Elite Senior 30+ Women category, Chantil Stoddard became German Champion in the Artistic Pole Masters 40+ Women category and Ewa Wievkiewicz became German Champion in the Artistic Pole Senior 40+ Women category.

The juniors were also able to take home two German championship titles: Alyssa Schübelin and Maria Schwarz together in the Pole Sport Elite Novice Doubles category and Alyssa Schübelin individually in the Pole Sport Elite Novice Female category.

All first-place finishers therefore automatically qualified for the World Championship.

Other placings in pole sport also went to Baumholder. Maria Schwarz came second in the Pole Sport Elite Novice Female category and Mareike Schuhmacher came third in the Artistic Pole Senior 30+ Women category.

The German champions were each presented with a bouquet of flowers or a bag full of sweets and a sum of money in recognition of their achievements.
